Where a figure has any restoration it is marked with an 'R' in its description. In nearly all cases the restoration will be very minor such as small leaves, ribbons, laces chips to extremities etc.
Such damages are sadly unavoidable in delicate and ornate figures during 200-250 years of life. It is our principle never to sell any item which has had major restoration. None of our figures have been broken
through the waist or neck and almost never through an arm with the sole exception of very early and rare examples. Rather than list every small detail in the descriptions, we will provide detailed condition reports
on request, and give you our guarantee that should you not be pleased with your purchase we will refund your money in full, provided that you return the piece to us so that it arrives within 21 days of you receiving
it, and that it is in the same condition as it was sent.
